In the Stocker lab we spy on the lives of microbes. We specialize in the use of microfluidics to carefully mimic and flexibly manipulate a microbe's environment, and video microscopy and image analysis to capture and quantify the microbes' behavior. We are particularly passionate about marine microbes and their role in the health and disease of ocean ecosystems.
